It is a single one-time fee of $25.00 to get the file digitized for us to be able to use!
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process that takes your logo from an image to a stitch path for our machines to stitch it onto apparel.
Am I limited on colors?
Absolutely not! We have a wide variety of thread colors to pick from!
What colors of thread do you have?
We have hundreds of thread colors. If you are looking for a specific color, I am positive that we have it!
Can I bring in my own products to have personalized?
Yes, you absolutely can bring in your own products!
How long will it take for my order?
Please allow us to have 2 weeks for your order. We will give you a call when we have your order done!

Heat Transfer Vinyl
What is heat transfer vinyl?
HTV is vinyl that is used on T-shirts and other fabrics through a heat-application process.
How many colors can I do?
It depends on what design we are working with.
What are my options of colors for vinyl?
We have a wide variety of colors and patterns available for your needs.
Do you offer screen printing?
Yes, we offer screen printing services, but we can also do screen printed transfers.
Letter Jackets
Do you have letter jackets?
Yes, we do! We have Batesville, Oldenburg Academy, Franklin County, East Central, and Milan for sale.
How do I know what to do for my letter jacket?
For the jackets that we have on hand, we know what to do with them and how they should be laid out, but ultimately, it is up to you and your child as to how you would like your letter jacket.
Engraving
What kind of engraving services do you offer?
We have the capabilities to do mechanical, laser, and fiber engraving.
What is the cost for engraving?
Engraving prices vary depending on how big of an engraving that you are wanting as well as the time that it takes to engrave.
How big of engraving can you do?
The largest engraving that we can do is up to 2 square feet.
I have a product, but the surface is rough and rigid, can you engrave that?
Unfortunately, the only way to have a good engraving is with a solid smooth surface.
Can you engrave cups and drinkware?
Yes!
Can I get a proof before you start my project?
Absolutely, when you stop in and talk to us about your project talk to us about having a proof emailed to you and we would be more than happy!

We can engrave metal, wood, plastic, leather, glass, slate, and much more!
Sublimation
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is the transfer of ink by heat onto a product.
What is possible to sublimate?
We have many different products that you can customize such as: license plates, cups, mugs, water bottles, plaques, medals, ornaments, coasters, signs, and much more!
Do I have limitations on sublimation?
There really are no limitations such as colors and designs when it comes to sublimating.
Can I sublimate on shirts?
Right now, we are not doing sublimation on shirts, but talk to us about doing vinyl instead!
